Our story
Built from experience. Driven by results.
After decades working at board level across a range of industries — from manufacturing and professional services to retail and technology — our founder recognised a consistent gap in the market. SMEs and owner-managed businesses were making critical decisions without the senior leadership infrastructure to support them.
Too often, founders were wearing too many hats. Finance was being managed by a bookkeeper who couldn't provide strategic insight. Operations were held together by goodwill rather than process. Growth was happening, but the foundations weren't keeping pace.
Lyons Corporate Solutions was created to change that. By offering fractional engagement models, we make board-level COO and CFO expertise accessible to businesses that need it — at the moment they need it, and at a cost that makes commercial sense.
